Dr. Nikki Mazhari has been in practice since 1997 and is highly experienced in her field. From general dentistry to family dentistry, she offers an expansive array of services for all age groups. Dr. Nikki Mazhari and her team specialize in helping patients suffering from Sleep Apnea. Dr. Mazhari is a Diplomate of the American Board of Dental Sleep Medicine (ABDSM).
Dr. Kim Blakeslee

Specializing in Cosmetic Dentistry and Crown and Bridge. Dr. Blakeslee attended Case Western Reserve University Dental School in Cleveland, Ohio. She enjoys dentistry and is very passionate about her career. She also loves to spend time with her husband and three children.
Dr. David M. Kushner

Focusing on Oral Surgery and restorative dentistry. Dr. Kushner graduated with Dr. Mazhari from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry in 1997. When not working Dr. Kushner enjoys skiing, biking and playing with his dog.
Dr. Ariel Levy
Orthodontist
Dr. Ariel Levy has been practicing orthodontics for more than eight years. He earned his DDS from the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill and his specialty certificate in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics from Saint Barnabas Hospital in New York City. Dr. Levy specializes in advanced Invisalign cases, conventional metal and ceramic braces for adults and children, surgical exposure of impacted teeth, laser gum recontouring (gingivectomy), lip tie or tongue tie treatment (frenectomy), and the use of mini implants for difficult tooth movement (TADs).
Dr. Levy enjoys spending time with his wife and two dogs, traveling, and learning languages. He is fluent in English, Spanish, and Hebrew, and is also studying Russian, Portuguese, Mandarin, and Arabic.
Dr. Mardi Edelheit

Dr. Mardi specializes in general dentistry. She graduated from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry in 1996. When not working Dr. Mardi enjoys skiing, and spending time with her 3 boys.
Dr. Zena Sakka
Periodontist
Dr. Sakka is originally from Syria and received her doctorate of dental surgery from University of Kalamoon school of Dental Medicine in 2012. Dr. Sakka obtained advanced training in atraumatic tooth extractions, dental implant surgery, gum grafting, bone grafting and oral medicine. Dr. Sakka is proud member of the American Academy of Periodontology and actively attended annual meetings, seminars and workshops nationally and internationally. In her free time, she enjoys reading books with her child Salma.
Dr. Tonya Ozbeki
Dr. Tonya Ozbeki grew up in Novi, Michigan. She earned her dental degree from New York University in 2020 and went on to complete a residency and chief year in general dentistry at NYU Langone Hospital–Brooklyn. After spending a few years in practice, Dr. Tonya realized her true passion was caring for kids and decided to pursue pediatric dentistry. She is now a second-year resident at the University of Michigan. When she’s not at the dental office, Dr. Tonya enjoys reading, horseback riding, and spending time with family, friends, and her cat, Moosh.

Heather has worked in dentistry for over 20 years and has been a full-time hygienist since she graduated from the Dental Hygiene program at Ferris State University in 2008.
She loves to treat her patients like family and give them shinny teeth, but her true passion is Holistic Health and educating her patients.
For the last 10 years she has focused her education on airway dentistry and how that relates to sleep disorders.
Which led her to become a Qualified Orofacial Myologist. She has been specializing in Myofunctional therapy for the past 7 years and absolutely loves working with her patients to help them live a healthier life. If you have questions about snoring,mouth breathing, grinding your teeth, bed wetting and how that may relate to sleep disordered breathing or sleep apnea she would love to share some of her knowledge.
When Heather isn’t at the office she loves spending time outside with her family, hanging at the beach, Kayaking or camping. She is blessed with her husband and two beautiful but busy boys. Most days you can catch her on some sort of ball field cheering them on.

She loves spending time with her husband and two teenaged daughters, as well as her 3 cats and a dog!
