Dr. Nikki Mazhari has been in practice since 1997 and is highly experienced in her field. From general dentistry to family dentistry, she offers an expansive array of services for all age groups. Specializing in Cosmetic Dentistry and Crown and Bridge. Dr. Blakeslee attended Case Western Reserve University Dental School in Cleveland, Ohio. She enjoys dentistry and is very passionate about her career. She also loves to spend time with her husband and three children.

Focusing on Oral Surgery and restorative dentistry. Dr. Kushner graduated with Dr. Mazhari from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry in 1997. When not working Dr. Kushner enjoys skiing, biking and playing with his dog.

Dr. Ariel Levy has been practicing orthodontics for more than eight years. He earned his DDS from the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill and his specialty certificate in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics from Saint Barnabas Hospital in New York City. Dr. Levy specializes in advanced Invisalign cases, conventional metal and ceramic braces for adults and children, surgical exposure of impacted teeth, laser gum recontouring (gingivectomy), lip tie or tongue tie treatment (frenectomy), and the use of mini implants for difficult tooth movement (TADs). Dr. Levy enjoys spending time with his wife and two dogs, traveling, and learning languages. He is fluent in English, Spanish, and Hebrew, and is also studying Russian, Portuguese, Mandarin, and Arabic.

Dr. Mardi specializes in general dentistry. She graduated from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry in 1996. When not working Dr. Mardi enjoys skiing, and spending time with her 3 boys.

Dr. Aaron Zeevi graduated from Wayne State University and received both Dental Degree and Master of Science Certificate in Periodontics from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry. Dr. Zeevi has been in practice since 2004 and was involved with several academic publications and presentations in Michigan and nationally. He is diligent in his pursuit to provide his patients’ with the most up to date and cutting edge dental care. His office utilizes state of the art technology, supplies and equipment. He is one of the few dental specialists in Southeast Michigan, certified in the Pinhole Surgical Technique, a scalpel-free, suture-free, graft-free treatment for receding gums.

Dr. Behdin received her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Ajman University, United Arab Emirates. After relocating to Michigan, she completed an advanced training in periodontics at the University of Michigan as a research fellow. Subsequently, she completed her three-year Periodontics residency program at Case Western Reserve University, School of Dental Medicine in Cleveland and earned a Master of Science Degree. Currently, she is an active member of American Dental Association, Michigan Dental Association, and American Academy of Periodontology. She believes patients’ welfare, needs, and satisfaction are the fundamental elements in dentistry and periodontics. She has been rewarded by receiving positive attitude from the patients expressing their satisfaction from the treatments provided to them. Her goal is to educate patients to promote oral health and well-being daily. Dr. Behdin has several publications and several projects under review. Her area of interest in research is periodontal disease and other systemic diseases such as major cancers. She has multiple national and international research presentations. Dr. Behdin lives in Michigan with her family. She enjoys traveling with her family, watching movies, and listening to music.

Dr. Hayden has been providing compassionate and thorough patient care for over 20 years and has a reputation as a gentle and friendly dental care provider. He is a graduate of the University of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry and holds a certificate in Advanced Education in General Dentistry from the University of Michigan School of Dentistry. He completed his undergraduate studies at Miami University and attended Grand Blanc High School. In addition to practicing general dentistry, Dr. Hayden has served as a Clinical Adjunct Faculty at the University of Michigan School of Dentistry and has provided numerous lectures to general dentists across the US and Canada. He is an avid traveler and enjoys growing orchids, following his favorite rugby team, and spending time with his family.

Dr. Chong graduated from the University of Michigan School of Dentistry in 2018. He practiced as a general dentist for 3 years and is now completing his residency training in Endodontics. He enjoys travelling, skiing and surfing.

Dr. Elayyan is originally from Chicago, and graduated from the University of Illinois College of Dentistry in 2018. He practiced as a general dentist for 4 years, and is now completing his residency training in Endodontics at the University of Michigan School of Dentistry. Dr. Elayyan is fluent in English and Arabic. In his free time, he enjoys staying active, playing golf, and spending time with his wife and family.

Michelle has been in the dental field for over 20 years. She is married, has 2 children, and 2 dogs. She's been living in Fenton and with her husband, she loves to spend time up north with family and friends.

Amanda has been in dentistry for over 20 years. She lives in Fenton with her husband. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, and has recently developed a love for travel!

Courtney has been in the dental field for almost 12 years. She has 2 daughters who she spends most of her free time with. They love to go on road trips, read books at the library and watch movies.

Laura has been in the dental field for 25 years. She joined Sonoma Dental in 2004. She loves helping patients achieve and maintain a healthy smile. She is married with 2 adult children, and a granddaughter and 2 dogs. She loves gardening, camping, and vacationing with family.

Kayla loves working for Sonoma Dental. In her spare time, she loves to travel and go to concerts.

Star Curler joined the Sonoma team in August 2023. I completed my Associate’s Degree in General Studies and Applied Sciences in May 2023. I work as an RDA and Orthodontic Assistant here at Sonoma. I have a passion for dental because I enjoy helping others and brightening smiles! Some of my other interests include watching movies, listening to music, and spending time with friends and family.
